These 4 coaching-style conversations are taken from the comfort of your own space through a secure Microsoft Teams video call, not over the phone or in-person. All information is kept confidential and conversations are unbiased.

Coaching is a commitment to your personal growth and requires time, energy, and preparation. Because sessions are reserved specifically for you, all payments made for coaching sessions or packages are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so your session can be moved to a new time. Missed sessions without notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
